Earnings, roster, and churn risk in one place. Here's what the Fanvue CRM does and how to get your agency set up.
If you're managing more than one creator, you already know the problem. A spreadsheet for earnings. A group chat for the team. A notes app for which fans are about to churn. Nothing talks to anything else, and the only source of truth is whoever remembers to update it.
Now it's all one workspace.
One login. Your whole agency in view.
The bottleneck for any agency has never been effort, it's fragmentation. Your earnings live in one place, your team lives in another, and the fans about to cancel are wherever someone happened to notice them. The Fanvue CRM pulls all of it into a single dashboard, so your team spends less time checking five tools and more time doing the work that actually grows the account.
Getting started
Sign-up takes a couple of minutes. Head to fanvue.com/manager/signup, add your name, email and a password, agree to the Terms of Use, and you're in.

From there you'll answer a few quick questions to set up your manager profile: your agency name, whether you're a manager or a chatting agency, how many creators and employees you currently manage, and your revenue over the past 30 days. Hit Get Started and your workspace is ready.
Your roster, in one place
The Management tab is where your team lives, split into two lists: Creators and Team Members. Invite creators to be added under your management, bring your own chatters and managers into the workspace, and everyone's working from the same dashboard from day one.
Inviting someone is one click from anywhere in the app, there's an Invite Creator button in the sidebar at all times.

Know your numbers
Management Insights gives you total earnings across every creator you manage, filterable by date range or by creator, with a one-click earnings report download when you need the numbers outside the dashboard.
The Chatter Leaderboard turns that same data on your team. Switch between Earnings and Performance, filter by creator or by chatter, and pick any date range to see who's driving results.
Catch churn before it happens
This is the feature most agencies wish they'd had sooner. Fan at Risk flags subscribers who look like they're about to leave, before they actually do.
You set the rules: minimum lifetime spend, how many days since their last payment, how close their subscription is to expiring. Turn on notifications and creators get alerted automatically the moment one of their fans gets flagged.
Hit Analyse and results split into a pool, analysed, and flagged, with Active and Resolved views so your team can work the list and filter by risk level or by creator. It's the difference between finding out a fan churned and catching them while there's still time to win them back.
Extend it further
The App Store lets you add apps built by the community or by your own team through the Builder, so the CRM grows with whatever your agency actually needs, rather than staying fixed to one feature set.
